The Method
WRITE (or draw) - REVIEW - INDEX

The left side of a page is for entries, write for as much or as little as you like, make lists, make plans, write about feelings, scratch things out, whatever. I suggest, that you date your entries. After 6 writing sessions, review. Make notes or comments on the right side of the page. If in your review, you find something you would like to remember or reference, highlight it, enter the page number and the gist of the idea on the index page in the back.
